What can we learn from 42.5 million mortgage loan applications?

Might be a problem with the model that was discussed on this post... I’m retracting it until I have time to look @ it in more detail. Thanks Ilya Kleyman for pointing this out! I don’t have the original code but I have the HMDALAR data and I redid the feature extraction. Result did not match at all. That’s why I’ve taken down this article until I can reproduce the original results. I’m thinking of putting up the code on git-lfs, or just putting up the code and a wget for the data or something.
