From a Western point of view, this appears to be a totalitarian nightmare. AI is used to improve the autocratic government of the world, to ensure obedience, and to root out any notion of opposition. Technology has designed an omnipresent government in this capacity.
- China’s integration of AI raises the question, at what stage is a technology and the effect on our civilization. Is the moment coming when we must accept a world in which we are more digital than humans; yes, food for thought. It is changing at an unprecedented pace. Therefore, we might suggest that it is only a matter of time before a machine succeeds in any dimension of the Turing Test. China has taken the first step in exploring the limits of how deep we can integrate AI into society. The government leverages surveillance to exert authority over its people, a strong strategy that has met with disapproval in other nations.
- Since AI is a tool and a product, it’s just going to have to abide by the rules that we have for goods. That is, be healthy, not negative or racist. Anything inside these confines is a free game. You may think there’s a whole new world of moral problems to tackle, but really, they’ve already been determined. Standard cars need to be safe to some degree, and AI-driven cars only need to be safe to the same degree. Are we granted the right to determine whether to drive over a brown human or a beige person, which will be unconstitutional discrimination? So, in the first place, they’re not supposed to be programmed to make certain kinds of choices. Those in control have used it for purposes that differ as to what their government is trying to do. This varies from reduced crime rates to flexing government muscles; praiseworthy examples of AI adoption and, of course, the reverse.
How could you say AI is ethical:
- It depends a lot on how AI is being used. In China, for example, state-of-the-art technology brings surveillance to a whole new stage. It illuminates the disconcerting side of AI; one that we would expect to appear in the far-flung future, and yet it has arrived prematurely. It brings to light the disturbing fact for Chinese people that their every move is being tracked to a large degree. You can do for your own system, but I still hope that the other people’s AI will find the writing about it and be wise enough to understand its correctness such that, as a rule, it will take it upon itself to regulate its actions even though no one has configured any effort to moralize it or to replace the flawed system of computer ethics that anyone else has installed into it.

There are some problems:
- AI is difficult to emerge but is more likely to be improved by trial error. The only proof I have for this is the evolutionary commitment taken to make that happen.

- As is more likely to be the case, every AI system requires a utility feature to determine what is worth doing and what is not. The framework would need to encode ethical issues.
- The ethical justification must be ours to judge, approve, and encode rather than the decision-making machines. This is one of the upcoming obstacles of robotics being part of every day like self-driving vehicles. The explanation for this is that our beliefs are not scientifically derived, nor are they consistent, but rather a dynamic combination of cultural forces, contextual circumstances that make a difference.

The logical series can also be somewhat different from the human way of thought. The thing is going to be focused on the rules that the machine follows or has been programmed with.
So, no, it wouldn’t be useful in today’s world, but as man and technology grow to a much higher degree, the interaction between humans and computers might be more feasible. Software science is much more sophisticated than what the public will see. Unfortunately, it is mainly used for power and war games.
