Connecting to AWS Remote MySQL Server via an SSH Tunnel

This was a bottle neck and I felt like I had hit a road block. Especially since I wanted to access the database on Microsoft PowerBI which doesn’t support connections over SSH. I was in the process of figuring it out but found alternatives along the line and abandoned the figuring it out half way.
